Verifactu and KSeF Explained: Spain and Poland E-Invoicing for Online Stores

In Spain and Poland an invoice is no longer just a PDF you send: it is a record the tax authority sees. Spain’s Verifactu wants every invoice and till ticket sealed, sent to the AEAT as it is issued and printed with a QR code; Poland’s KSeF accepts an invoice to a business only as a structured FA(3) document it numbers and receipts. GoRoute turns every paid order into the document each law asks for and files it.

The recording runs 5 minutes 51 seconds in twelve chapters: each law, why both land at the order, the four things GoRoute does, test before production, and the products. The same walkthrough is written out on a page of its own, if you would rather read it than watch it.
