KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur) is Poland's National e-Invoice System. It's a centralized government platform where all B2B invoices must be submitted and stored. Each invoice receives a unique KSeF number for tracking.
KSeF becomes mandatory for all B2B invoices in Poland from February 2026. B2C extensions may follow in April 2026. Voluntary use is available now for testing and early adoption.
KSeF requires invoices in the Polish FA(2) XML schema format. This is a Poland-specific structured format different from EU Peppol. GoRoute.ai automatically converts your invoices to this format.
