Live rates at checkout
Parcel Post and Express Post, priced by Australia Post for the buyer’s postcode on your own account. Add a handling fee if you like. If Australia Post cannot be reached, your backup rate shows instead of an error.
Labels in one click, or ten at once
Press Create label on a paid order, or tick several and create them together. The label PDF is ready to print. A failed step keeps the order in the list with Australia Post’s reason, and never buys a second label.
Automatic labels
Switch it on and every paid order to Australia gets its label the moment it is paid. You only print and pack.
Tracking on every order
The order is marked fulfilled with the tracking number and a link to Australia Post’s tracking page. Australia Post emails your customer the updates, so “where is my parcel?” emails drop.
Pickups from your door
Tick the parcels, see Australia Post’s pickup times and prices, and book today (before 1 pm) or the next business day. The driver collects between 9 am and 4 pm.
International parcels and customs
From the GoRoute dashboard: international services with the customs declaration built in, and a search across Australia’s export codes and the US tariff schedule so you never hunt for an HS code.
Extra cover and signature
Add Australia Post’s extra cover and signature on delivery to a parcel when its value calls for it, priced by Australia Post when you create the shipment.

Labels and pickups are paid with the card stored in MyPost Business or your Australia Post charge account. GoRoute never handles your postage money.
