Selling to businesses in Poland means their invoices belong in KSeF, the Krajowy System e-Faktur. GoRoute: KSeF Faktury turns every paid online-store order from a business buyer into a KSeF e-invoice on its own: it is sent to KSeF with your own KSeF token, the KSeF number and status land on the order, the buyer gets a PDF with the KSeF number and the verification QR code, and a refund becomes a corrective invoice.
The recording runs one minute in seven chapters: why KSeF matters, the problem it removes, the three-step set-up, the order becoming an invoice, the number and status on the order, the PDF and corrections, and the app. The same walkthrough is written out on a page of its own, with the questions Polish merchants ask, if you would rather read it than watch it.
Every chapter is written out, with the three set-up steps, what happens on a paid order and on a refund, and the questions Polish merchants ask answered, on a page of its own.
