One price list, whichever platform you sell on
You pay for the documents you send, not for the shop you send them from. A plan carries the same allowance and the same features on Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix or straight through the API, and there is no fee per document on any of them.

Free stops at its allowance and holds the next document rather than losing it. Paid plans are never stopped: they carry on past the allowance and the overage is billed. Enterprise is sold by conversation, not from this page.
What every plan includes
There is no feature ladder. A plan buys volume, and nothing else is withheld.
Every country we cover
Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand and Oman, with each country’s own rules applied and validated before anything is sent. A country added later is added to your plan, not sold as an upgrade.
Delivery, not just generation
GoRoute is the certified access point. The invoice is issued, delivered over Peppol and the delivery answer comes back, all from one service. A buyer who is not on the network is emailed a PDF that carries the e-invoice inside it.
No fee per document
The allowance is the price. Nothing is added for a credit note, a retry, a network lookup, or an invoice that had to go by email instead. That is the difference between paying an access point and paying an app that rents one.
How you pay depends on where you installed
The prices above do not change. What changes is who takes the card, because each marketplace requires its own billing.
From the Shopify App Store
Shopify bills it, on your Shopify invoice, and cancelling the app cancels the plan. Shopify requires this of every app it lists. See the Shopify app.
From WordPress or direct
You pay GoRoute by card and manage the plan in your GoRoute account. The WooCommerce plugin upgrades in place, and the API is billed the same way.
One account either way
Your documents, identifiers and history live in one GoRoute account whichever route sold the plan, and only the route that sold it can change it. Selling on more than one platform is what Agency is for.
What counts, and what does not
Counted
A tax invoice, a simplified tax invoice, and a credit note. One per document that leaves, whether it went over the network or by email, counted once however many times it had to be retried.
Not counted
Pro forma invoices and delivery notes, which are never transmitted and are not tax documents. Network lookups, validations, retries and PDF downloads are not counted either.
Not sure which plan fits
Start on Free. It sends real invoices to the real network, not a sandbox, and nothing expires. Move up when the allowance is the only thing in your way.
